Technology is advancing faster than most of us can keep up with. The Technology Department accepts the challenge and duty to meet the needs of our students and prepare them for the technological demands of the 21st century. We accomplish our goals by maintaining the latest technology and providing a high ratio of computers to students. Computers are no longer a luxury; they are a mainstay of American education.
We are continuously updating systems wherever and whenever possible to comply with the Arizona Department of Education's demands regarding technology and testing using the AzMerit computer based testing. This directly aligns to the implementation of the new Arizona Standards for College and Career Readiness, an educational mandate for all Arizona schools begun in the 2015-2016 school year.
Although computers and the Internet are an important part of your child’s education, please take the time to learn the dangers that lurk online and provide a safe learning environment at home.
