Solicitation Process
Solicitations (Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposal, or Requests for Quotation) must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and the Offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. Mail or hand deliver your solicitations prior to the specified time and date of solicitation opening to the following address:

A “NO BID” response may be mailed or faxed to the District at (623) 388-2915.
It is not necessary to return the complete bid packet for a “NO BID” response. Mail or fax the cover page of the solicitation document indicating that you do not wish to submit an offer and include the name and address of your firm.
